Full hunter cased pocket watch in original box

A very rare gold full hunter cased Louis XV watch with original papers and original box, made by A. Lange & Söhne in Glashütte, Sachsen Germany, circa 1892. This watch has a rare Louis XV case crafted from 14 Carat gold with a coat of arms on the back lid, a monogram on the front and a dedication on the cuvette: “Dem k.u.k. Oberingenieur Sigfried Popper in dankbarer Anerkennung der Verwaltungsrat des österreichischen Lloyd”. The white enamel dial has red Arabic five minute numerals, black Arabic hour numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at six o’clock and pink gold hands. The movement has an A. Lange & Söhne precision lever escapement, a gold lever, a gold escape wheel and DUF quality.
Case and movement have matching numbers and dial, case, movement and box signed.
