An American 18 carat gold hunting cased keyless pocket watch made by the American Waltham Watch Company in Waltham, Massachusetts, Birmingham Hallmarked for 1921. The adjusted Swiss lever escapement with 17 jewels and a cut and compensated bimetallic balance. White enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued steel spade hands. The engine turned hinged case with a decoratively engraved vacant cartouche on the front. Dial signed Waltham U.S.A., case numbered, movement signed and numbered.
