An English 18K gold open faced key wind pocket watch with center seconds, London Hallmarked for 1858. The gilt 3/4 plate movement with an English lever escapement and three arm balance. White enamel dial with Roman hours, an outer minute track with fifth of a second divisions, outermost five minute numerals, sunk center, gilt hands and a blued center seconds hand. The polished case with a decoratively engraved vacant cartouche on the back. Dial signed, case numbered, movement signed and numbered, case and movement with matching numbers.
