Gold astronomical watch with chain

An extremely heavy astronomical hunting cased minute repeating chronograph pocket watch with triple calendar and moon phases, retailed by Chr. Filtenborg Uhre-Optik in Horsens, Denmark, circa 1900. The numbered plain case of this watch was crafted from 18 carat gold. Its white enamel dial has Arabic hours, an outer minute track, Arabic five minute numerals, outermost fifth of a second divisions, subsidiary dials for auxiliary seconds with concentric moon phases at 6 o’clock and the date at 12, windows for digital indication of the days of the week and months of the year in the center, and blued steel spade hands. The numbered movement is fitted with a Swiss precision lever escapement and six complications.
The presentation box is signed.
