Frodsham & Baker partnership
The most likely and historically accepted history of the Frodsham & Baker partnership points to a brief but highly successful Victorian-era collaboration between George Edward Frodsham and the chronometer maker Edward Baker from 1854 to 1863.
The early timeline (the 1808/1809 date often seen in modern auction catalogues) is generally considered a chronological error or a misattribution by later catalogers.
