A heavy and very large Swiss astronomical 14 carat rose gold hunting cased quarter repeating chronograph keyless pocket watch with triple calendar and moon phases,
circa 1900. The very fine and complicated Swiss lever movement repeats the hours and quarter hours. White enamel dial with Arabic hours, an outer minute track, outermost chronograph register for time measurement with an accuracy of fifths of a second and Arabic five minute numerals, the date at 12 o’clock, apertures for digital indication of the weekdays and months, subsidiary seconds at 6 with concentric phases of the moon, a center chronograph hand and rose gold hands. The plain case with maker’s punch Louis Brandt & Fils. Case numbered.
