An exquisite Swiss 18 carat gold hunting cased minute repeating Jacquemart figure automaton lever pocket watch, circa 1900. Glazed movement, Le Coultre precision lever movement, repeating the minutes, screwed gold chatons, Geneva striping decoration. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds, in the centre an extremely rare rose gold figure automaton with two knights striking the bells with axes/clubs during the repeating, filigree steel hands. Engine-turned case with Le Coultre punch. Dial signed by the retailer, case numbered.
