An American white metal open faced keyless wind pocket watch made by the American Waltham Watch Company in Waltham, Massachusetts, circa 1900. The full plate movement with a rock crystal plate, a non magnetic, equilibrated straight line lever escapement and free sprung cylindrical hairspring with terminal curves. White enamel dial with black Roman hours, an outer minute track, outermost red Arabic five minute numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and spade hands. A stepped, plain case. Dial signed A.W.Co. Waltham, case signed Waltham Watch Co., movement numbered.
