A fine Swiss platinum open faced keyless lever dress watch with platinum and pearl dress chain, circa 1918. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva Striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, eight adjustments, Breguet balance spring. Engine turned silver dial with central guilloché, heavy black enameled Roman numerals within plain chapter, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and original blued steel Breguet hands. Polished case, the back pierced and fused with gold deco style initials NJ within a boarder. Dial, case and movement signed, case numbered. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.
