Gold and pearl-set keyless cylinder watch

A very fine Swiss 18 carat gold and pearl-set keyless cylinder pendant watch with an 18 carat gold detachable lapel fitting, circa 1900. Matte gilt movement, eight jewels, cylinder escapement, three-arm gilt balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Gold hinged cuvette. Off-white enamel dial with Arabic numerals in gold paillon circles, outer minute track and original gold Louis XV hands. Split-pearl-set bezel, polished band, hinged case back entirely set with pearls. Case numbered.
