A very fine and large Swiss 18 carat rose gold hunting cased minute repeating keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1900. Rhodium-plated movement, blued steel screws throughout, 31 jewels, a counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring and an index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band. Hinged gold cuvette, a glazed gold-rimmed cover over the movement. White enamel dial with Roman hours, an outer minute track with Arabic five-minute numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued steel omega hands. The polished case with reeded edges and a large circular bow. Case signed and numbered, cuvette signed.
