A Renaissance style rock crystal pendant watch made by Michael Ranna in Vienna, Austria, circa 1820. The enamelled open faced case of this watch was crafted from silver and rock crystal, the enamel dial has cartouches with Roman hour numerals and gilt hands. The numbered movement has a verge escapement.
