A Swiss silver key wind pair cased pocket watch with cast decoration depicting Alexander the Great and Diogenes, circa 1760. Engraved gilt full plate fusee verge movement, pierced and engraved balance bridge, silver regulation, open work pillars. Silver champlevé dial, Roman numerals, outer arcaded minute divisions with Arabic numeral 5 minute markers, central motif and gilt Louis XV style hands. Polished inner case, cast outer case depicting Alexander the Great and Diogenes, dated 1762. Movement signed.
