Swiss 18 carat gold open faced lever watch by Patek Circa 1900

A Swiss 18K gold keyless wind open face pocket watch with enamel decoration, circa 1900. Jewelled Swiss lever movement, cut and compensated bimetallic balance. White enamel dial, black Arabic numerals, black outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 and blued steel Cathedral hands. 18 Carat case hinged round, sunburst red enamel decoration to back, reeded band. Cuvette, dial and movement signed, cuvette co signed ‘C.E. Branston, Winthorpe Notts’. With associated wooden box, printed provenance and a photograph relating to the original owner.
