Fine and rare American 18 carat gold, enamel and diamond set open faced keyless lever pendant watch with matching brooch, circa 1899. Manual, lever movement. Translucent red enamel dial over engine turned ground with Arabic numerals. Cuvette with inscription A.M.O. May 17th 1899, the case back with diamond set fleur-de-lis, to the engraved scrolled foliage border against the translucent red enamel on engine turned back ground, bezel and band similarly decorated, engraved trefoil shaped bow. Movement signed, case and cuvette signed and numbered. Accompanied by an associated gilt and red enamel trefoil shaped brooch.
