A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever chronograph pocket watch, circa 1900. Gilt finished jewelled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, micrometer regulator. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer calibrated fifth seconds track, Arabic fifth divisions, two sunken subsidiary dials for 30 minute register and constant seconds, blued steel hands. Polished case, coat-of-arms to the back. Case, cuvette, dial and movement signed, case and cuvette numbered.
