Gold open faced minute repeating chronograph by Vilsack & Co

A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced minute repeating split seconds chronograph keyless lever watch, circa 1900. Nickel finished jewelled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, wolf’s tooth winding, minute repeating on two hammers onto a gong, activated through a slide in the band. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer calibrated fifths second ring with red Arabic fifth divisions, two sunken subsidiary seconds dials for 30 minute register and constant seconds. Polished case, split seconds chronograph operated through the crown and a button in the band. Dial and movement signed, case, cuvette and movement numbered, case signed Swiss and hallmarked.
