A very fine and rare Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced keyless lever World Time watch with original pouch, circa 1945. Nickel finished lever movement, 18 jewels. Silvered matte dial, applied rose gold baton and Roman numerals, pink gold compass hands, surrounded by revolving silvered and grey 24 hour chapter ring divided into nocturnal and diurnal hours, outer revolving ring with the names of 32 world cities. Plain case, snap on back. Case, dial and movement signed.
