A rare and large Danish, 18K pink gold minute repeating hunting cased keyless pocket watch, circa 1881. With Jurgensen’s patented bow hand-setting mechanism. Accompanied by a copy of the Jules Jurgensen archive confirming its sale for CHF 1035.10, further accompanied by the invoice from Beyer dated 1977. Glazed cover for the movement. White enamel dial, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and blued steel spade hands. Rhodium plated movement, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator.
