An early English repoussé pair cased verge pocket watch with extravagant case decoration, circa 1720.
Silver pair cases: 1st case extravagant repoussé, 2nd case smooth with number 942 and casemaker’s punch CB; signed champléve dial in very beautiful condition, Roman hours, Arabic minutes and steel hands; early English verge movement with grotesque face and nearly straight bridge, typical of the time around 1720. Movement signed and numbered.
