An attractive English silver open-faced fusee lever pocket watch, Hallmarked London 1829. Full plate gilt keywind fusee movement with Harrison’s maintaining power, plain cock with diamond endstone, polished steel Bosley regulator, plain three armed steel balance with blue steel spiral hairspring, converted to English table roller lever escapement. Engine turned silver dial with applied gold Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, and blue steel hands. Engine turned case with ribbed middle, number corresponding to that on the movement. Maker’s mark GH.
