18 carat gold tiered case with gold dome and case maker punch mark “GAP”. Signed enamel dial with radial Roman hours, centre seconds, spade hands and centre chronograph hand. 4/5 plate movement, frosted, gilt, chatoned, chain/fusee, English lever escapement, screw compensation balance, blued balance spring.
