A beautiful 18 carat gold  Swiss full hunter Vacheron & Constantin watch keyless wind movement with polychrome enamel case, circa 1910-1920. Movement with 21-jewel Swiss lever, cut and compensated bimetallic balance, 8 adjustments.
White enamel dial, black numerals, black outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6, gilt spade hands. Hinged case with polychrome enamel decoration to front and back depicting central lake scenes bordered with flora and musical instrument cartouches. Movement and cuvette signed Vacheron Constantin, dial signed L Klein London, case stamped HB.
