Gold hunting cased lever watch

A very fine and rare, 18K pink gold Swiss, keyless, minute repeating, hunting cased pocket watch, circa 1900. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives. A polished, cover engraved with a monogram, hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with black Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel spade hands.

A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, wolf’s tooth winding, 31 jewels, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometre regulator, repeating with two hammers on two gongs activated by a slide in the band. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed.
