A French chromium open faced keyless pocket watch with chronograph, made by Foucher in Paris, circa 1960. Made for the French navy. Polished case with screwed down milled bezel and back. Chronograph with visible work, co axial button start/stop and return-to-zero for the chronograph. Black patinated dial with Arabic numerals, outer minute track and 1/5th of a second division, subsidiary seconds dial and 60 minute register, inscription T.U. on the dial for Temps Universel, and original hands. Nickel plated movement, straight line lever escapement with cut monometallic balance, self compensating Breguet balance spring. Case and movement numbered.
