Gilt movement, ruby cylinder escapement, repeating a toc, signed and numbered gilt cuvette, guilloché dial, Roman numerals, outer minute track, gold Breguet hands, 18k pink gold engine-turned case, pull and twist repeating piston to pendant, dial and cuvette signed the case, with a double link chain and a key.
