A large Swiss steel open faced manual wound pocket watch with perpetual calendar and moon phases, circa 1890. The movement with a lever escapement. White enamel dial with Roman hours, an outer minute track, outermost Arabic five minute numerals, subsidiary dials for the months at 12 o’clock, the days of the week at 3, the date at 9, constant seconds with concentric phases of the moon and gold hands. The plain case is stamped Garanti Acier (Guaranteed Steel in English). Case numbered.
