A Swiss 18 carat gold, enamel and diamond set keyless watch in the form of a beetle, circa 1900. Gilt brass jeweled lever movement. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals and gold dot paillon minute divisions. Four part case, spring loaded double pair of wings, the forewings in translucent green enamel over engine turning and diamond set, the hind wings in graduated opalescent green enamel, head set with diamonds within a black enamel frame, the eyes ruby set, glazed cuvette, diamond set suspension winding piece.
