An English manually wound two train clock watch with gilt and shagreen outer case, circa 1725. Gilt full plate movement, baluster pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, finely pierced and engraved balance cock, silver regulation dial, striking the hours with a single hammer on a bell in the back of the case. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer minute track and every five minute Arabic numerals. Gilt metal overlaid with shagreen case, bezel set with alternating white, ruby, emerald, purple paste stones. Movement signed.
