A fine Swiss 18 carat gold, enamel and rose cut diamond set hunting cased pendant watch made for Tiffany & Co., circa 1854. Gilt finished jeweled movement, cylinder escapement. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and blued steel moon style hands. Gold hinged cuvette with engine turned border. Case on both covers overlaid with translucent green enamel, spring loaded front cover with a large diamond set flower, finely chased band, pendant and bow, inner back cover engraved Dallie Shoenberger, Dec 25th 1856. Cuvette numbered and signed by maker and retailer, dial signed, movement numbered under the dial.
