A good Swiss gold quarter repeating chronograph, last quarter 19th century. Nickel finished keyless lever movement, bimetallic balance with overcoiled spring, lever set, repeating on gongs by means of slide on band, patent centrifugal governor. White enamel dial, fifth seconds ring enclosing Roman chapters, subsidiary seconds and gold scroll hands. Plain polished 14 carat hunter case. Dial and movement signed.
