Swiss 18k gold minute repeating lever watch Circa 1911

A fine 18 carat gold keyless open faced minute repeating pocket watch made for the North American market, circa 1911. Retailed by Spaulding & Co, manual nickel lever escapement, 31 jewels. White enamel dial with painted black Breguet numerals, subsidiary seconds, outer minute divisions and blued steel double spade hands. Polished and brushed case, hinged cuvette, slide to activate the minute repeater at 3 o’clock. Case, dial and movement signed. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives confirming the sale on April 5th 1919.
