A large Belgian centre seconds verge with date in a silver consular case, circa 1795. Full plate gilt fusee movement with dust ring. Finely pierced and engraved bridge cock with steel coqueret, plain three-arm gilt balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. Silver regulator dial with blue steel indicator. Stop lever lacking. White enamel dial with centre seconds, subsidiaries for time and date calendar, Arabic numerals, fine pierced gold hands. Large plain silver consular case, silver pendant and bow.
