A fine Swiss 14 carat pink gold quarter repeating keyless pocket watch with chronograph, circa 1900. A solid, polished case, and a hinged cuvette. White enamel dial with radial Arabic numerals, outer minute and 1/5th seconds graduation with 5-second Arabic markers, sunk subsidiary seconds dial and gilt Louis XV hands. Gilt brass movement, oeil-de-perdrix decoration, 25 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, chronograph mechanism, repeating on gongs activated by a push-button on the band, centrifugal governor. Dial, case and cuvette signed.
