A very rare, Swiss 18 carat rose gold hunting cased keyless lever pocket watch with special case decoration, circa 1900.
Lever movement of special quality with screwed gold chatons and fine adjustment. White enamel dial with black Arabic hours, an outer minutes track, outermost red 24 hour numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, and blued steel Cathedral hands. The case is exquisitely decorated with flower shaped guilloché and a blanc cartouche on the front. Dial, cuvette, and movement signed.
