The watch is housed in an 18 carat yellow gold engine turned case with a personally inscribed cuvette and a hinged case back. The case is in fair condition with surface wear, scuffing, and scratches consistent with age and use. It has areas of patina throughout and some indentations and more visible scratches on the case band. The case back shows wear and loss to the guilloché texture, with some areas of pitting. The cuvette is signed and personally inscribed. The dial is in good condition with no hairlines but has dust and light debris, along with some surface scratches. There is also oxidation to the hands. The movement is operating.
