A Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced lever pocket watch with chain, circa 1900. The watch has a manual winding mechanical movement with a lever escapement, a bimetallic balance wheel, and a blued steel Breguet balance spring. Its white enamel dial shows Roman numerals for the hours, an outer minute track with Arabic five minute markers, a small seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and spade shaped hands. The 18 carat rose gold case has a smooth back and a gold bowl.
