Platinum and 18 carat gold ground case with platinum push back. Silver dial with applied Breguet numerals, auxiliary seconds, blued Breguet hands and signed “Tiffany & Co.”. Bridge movement, rhodium-plated, signed “Patek Philippe & Co. Geneva, Switzerland“, with “fausses côtes” decoration, 8 adj., 18 jewels, gold screw compensation balance, wolfteeth winding wheels and counterpoised lever.
