Gold hunting cased keyless lever watch

A fine Swiss 18 carat yellow gold hunting cased pocket watch with original box and chain made by Patek Philippe & Co. in Geneva, circa 1900. It has a mechanical crown winding movement with a lever escapement, signed Patek Philippe & Cie. The white enamel dial shows Arabic numerals for the hours, an outer minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and blued steel spade hands, signed Patek Philippe & Cie. Genève. The timepiece is housed in an 18 carat solid yellow gold hunting case with a plain polished front and reverse cover, a round suspension bow, a fluted winding crown, and a gold cuvette. The watch comes with its original box and chain.
