Engine-turned 18K gold case, all three lids made of gold. Enamel dial with Arabic radial hours, outer minutes track with red Arabic 24-hour numerals, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and red gold pear hands. Gilt finish Swiss lever movement, cut and compensated bimetallic balance, signed Omega.
