A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced lever pocket watch, circa 1900. This watch features a mechanical hand wound lever movement. It has a grey enamel dial, signed Patek Philippe & Cie Genève, with black painted Arabic numerals, a railroad minute track, blued steel pear hands, and a subsidiary seconds display at 6 o’clock. The round 18 carat yellow gold case is finely chased with gadroons and a garland of laurels on the middle and bail, while the spine is clipped and adorned with a coat of arms in azure and purple, topped with a count’s crown.
