Unsigned gold hunting cased repeating chronograph

A very fine red gold Swiss hunter watch with quarter repeater and chronograph and presumably Le Coultre calibre, circa 1900. Engine turned 18K red gold case, back side engraved and with blanc cartouche, all three lids made of gold, factory glazing. Enamel dial with Roman radial hours, outer minutes/seconds track with Arabic five minutes/seconds numerals, subsidiary dial for the constant seconds, centre chronograph hand, and exceptionally beautiful gold Louis XV style hands with gemstones. Extremely fine movement with 27 stones, presumably calibre Le Coultre, fine bridge calibre with wolf teeth, repetition of the hours and quarter hours.
