A small and elegant English 18 carat yellow gold and pearl-set keywinding pendant watch, made by Prior in London, circa 1800. The case is decorated with a geometric pattern of half pearls set forming a rosacea. Below the bow is a pattern of light blue polychrome enamel. A white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer minute track and gold hands. A gilded brass movement with a going barrel, cylinder escapement, monometallic balance and blued steel flat hairspring, polished steel index regulator. Signature on the dial and movement.
