A small Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced pocket watch, circa 1900. The movement with a lever escapement. A metal cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, outer minute divisions and decorative gold hands, the hour hand is set with a rose cut diamond. The stamped case is polished. Comes with a stamped, yellow gold watch chain. Case numbered.
