An important Swiss 18K gold, one-minute tourbillon keyless pocket watch, circa 1900.
A polished case with a reeded band. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds and blued steel Breguet hands. Glazed rhodium-plated, three-quarter plate movement, Geneva striping decoration, 19 jewels, central ruby in gold screwed chatons, lateral lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, blued steel balance spring with terminal curve. One-minute tourbillon with lateral lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with gold temperature screws, Breguet balance spring with an outer terminal curve, polished steel carriage. Dial signed.
