A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced Extra Plate pocket watch made by Longines, dating from the early 20th century. This watch features a hand wound mechanical lever movement, signed and numbered. The white enamel dial displays gold applied Arabic numerals for the hours, outer minute dots, and gilt hands. The round 18 carat yellow gold case features a chased laurel frieze on the side and a caseback engraved monogram PB. The watch is fitted with a screwed gilt metal semicircular dust cover.
