A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced pocket watch, made by LeCoultre & Co. in Switzerland, circa 1900. This watch features a handwound mechanical movement, signed LeCoultre & Co. on the movement plates. The white enamel dial displays Roman numerals for the hours, an outer minute track with Arabic numerals at five minute intervals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and Louis XV style hands. The round 18 carat gold case features a smooth bezel, a fluted crown, and a plain, polished case back.
