An almost as new Swiss 18 carat deck chronometer with split-seconds chronograph and 30 minute counter, circa 1956.
An extraordinary presentation watch in a heavy 18 Carat gold, polished case with screw back, and a gold dome. Signed enamel dial with Arabic numerals, auxiliary seconds, 30 minute counter, and blued Breguet hands. Rhodium-plated 2/3 plate movement with Geneva Stripes decoration, finely ground chronograph steel parts, ratchet wheel, ground double hand tong with separate ratchet wheel for split-seconds chronograph, Guillaume balance, and cam-type fine adjusting device. Accompanied with original box.
