Gold hunting cased astronomical watch

A heavy and large Swiss 14 carat gold complicated hunting cased astronomical pocket watch made for the Russian market, circa 1900. This timepiece boasts a glazed highly intricate Swiss precision lever movement with seven complications. It features a full calendar, moon phases, moon age, a minute repeater and chronograph. The original white enamel dial has Roman hours, an outer minute track, a concentric fifth of a second track calibrated from 0-300, subsidiary seconds and phases of the moon at 6 o’clock and rose gold hands. Additionally, it shows a subsidiary dial for the date at 12 o’clock, and central apertures indicating the days of the week and months of the year in Cyrillic. The engine turned case has a central vacant cartouche on the front cover and includes a cuvette engraved with the technical details and reading 1 Qualité.
