Silver watch with vase shaped movement

An unusual, fine and large Austrian silver pocket watch with visible balance, associated chain and key, circa 1900. The polished case with a turned pendant and large bow is glazed on both sides. The face shows a small, convex silver dial with radial Roman hour numerals, outer dot minute divisions and gold spade hands, the center decoratively engraved with a rosette. A silver full plate vase shaped movement, decorated with matting and fluting on both sides, with fusee and chain, baluster pillars, a verge escapement, steel and blued steel striped visible three arm balance, flat balance spring and pierced two footed cock.
